Where we serve

Licensed in 12 states.

Care is delivered by clinicians licensed in the state where you are during the visit. This is sample coverage for a fictional practice.

Check your state

Pick a stateWe will tell you whether care is available there.
Credentials and oversight

How you can check who is treating you.

Every license is listed

Each clinician's license number and state appear in your portal. You can look any license up with your state's licensing board.

Physician oversight

Dr. Holloway reviews protocols and complex cases, so a physician is always behind the plan, not only a nurse practitioner.

Written protocols

Dosing, labs and escalation follow written protocols that are reviewed every quarter and changed when guidance changes.

Our promises, in the negative

What your care team will never do.

Some things are easier to trust when they are written down.

  • Prescribe anything without a licensed clinician reviewing your history
  • Change a dose without telling you why
  • Promise a result, because no one can
  • Pressure you to buy a product, a plan or a refill
  • Sell your health information

Important Safety Information (GLP-1 medicines)

Boxed warning: risk of thyroid C-cell tumors

GLP-1 medicines such as semaglutide and tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents. It is not known whether they cause these tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in people. Do not use if you or a family member has had MTC, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your clinician right away about a neck lump, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.

Common side effects

  • Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
  • Constipation and stomach pain
  • Reduced appetite and tiredness

Serious risks

  • Pancreatitis (severe, lasting stomach pain)
  • Gallbladder problems
  • Low blood sugar, especially with some diabetes medicines
  • Kidney problems, often after dehydration
  • Serious allergic reactions

Pregnancy

Not for use in pregnancy. Tell your clinician if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding.

Results vary

Medication is for adults, is used with nutrition and activity, and is prescribed only when a licensed clinician decides it is appropriate. Results vary from person to person.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Peptide therapy is clinician-guided where appropriate, and evidence is still emerging. For severe symptoms, seek emergency care. This page describes a fictional sample practice and is not medical advice.

Meet your team before you commit.

The assessment is free to start, and a licensed clinician reviews it before anything is recommended. Questions are welcome at every step.
