  1. Take the assessment

About six minutes: goals, health history, medications and a few measurements. It saves as you go.

  2. A clinician reviews

A licensed clinician reads everything, orders labs if needed, and decides what is appropriate, within one business day. That may or may not include medication.

  3. Start your plan

Coaching begins right away. If medication is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy ships it, and your clinician and coach adjust the plan as you go.

At your door in 2 to 5 days.

If a clinician prescribes medication, a licensed pharmacy ships it in plain packaging with dosing instructions and supplies. You can follow every step in your portal.

What medication costs

Medication is not included in membership. If a clinician prescribes it, the pharmacy bills you directly. Sample ranges: compounded semaglutide from about $149 to $299 a month and compounded tirzepatide from about $249 to $449 (compounded medications are not FDA-approved); brand-name medication at the pharmacy price or through insurance. Lab panels are billed separately at partner-lab rates, about $79 to $189 per panel. A membership never includes a promise of a prescription.

Medication, if prescribed, is one tool. Your coach helps with the parts that last: what you eat, how you move and how you sleep.

Straight answers.

Still unsure? The assessment is free to start, and a clinician answers your questions before you commit to anything.

A licensed clinician decides. They review your assessment, history and labs, and medication is prescribed only when they judge it appropriate for you. Many people begin with nutrition coaching and labs alone, and eligibility is never automatic.

Membership is $99, $199 or $349 for two a month and covers clinical care, coaching and delivery. Medication is separate and billed by the pharmacy, and labs are billed at partner-lab rates. The pricing section lists sample ranges for each.

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not evaluated their safety, effectiveness or quality. Brand-name products are another option. Your clinician explains both and recommends what fits you.

When a clinician prescribes medication, a licensed pharmacy prepares and ships it, usually arriving 2 to 5 days later in plain packaging. Some medicines must stay cold, and the box tells you exactly what to do. You can follow every step in your portal.

Yes. Plan for two covers two adults in one household for $349 a month. Each person has their own clinician review and plan, and a clinician decides eligibility separately for each of you. Care is for adults 18 and older.

The most common are stomach-related: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation. Serious risks exist as well. Read the Important Safety Information below, and message your care team early if something feels wrong.

Yes. There is no contract, and you can pause or cancel from your portal. If you stop a medication, your clinician helps plan the change, because appetite and weight can shift after stopping. Basic stays available for check-ins.

Results vary

Medication is for adults, is used with nutrition and activity, and is prescribed only when a licensed clinician decides it is appropriate. Results vary from person to person.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Peptide therapy is clinician-guided where appropriate, and evidence is still emerging. For severe symptoms, seek emergency care. This page describes a fictional sample practice and is not medical advice.

Ready when you are.

The assessment takes about six minutes, and a licensed clinician reviews it before anything is recommended.
