What brings you here?

Pick everything that fits. Your clinician uses it to shape the first conversation, and nothing here commits you to treatment.

Choosing testosterone starts with labs, never with a prescription. Medication is only offered when a licensed clinician decides it is appropriate.

Important Safety Information

Boxed warning: risk of thyroid C-cell tumors

GLP-1 medicines such as semaglutide and tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents. It is not known whether they cause these tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in people. They are not for people with a personal or family history of MTC or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

GLP-1 side effects

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and stomach pain. Serious ones can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar and kidney problems. Not for use in pregnancy.

Testosterone and peptides

Testosterone can raise red blood cell count and blood pressure, lower sperm production and worsen sleep apnea. Peptides are clinician-guided, where appropriate, and the evidence is still emerging. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Results vary. A licensed clinician decides whether any medicine is appropriate for you. This page describes a fictional sample practice and is not medical advice.
