Your health, in plain numbers.

Plain terms.

No hype and no pitch. Three things you can count on, in numbers.

  • 2

    Morning blood draws

Before testosterone is ever discussed. A low reading is repeated on a second day.

  • 8

    Minutes to start

That is the whole assessment. It saves as you go, and nothing is prescribed from it alone.

  • 0

    Contracts

Month to month. Cancel from your portal whenever you like.

From first question to first check-in.

Four steps, usually inside two weeks. You can stop after any of them.

  1. Take the assessment

About eight minutes: goals, history, medications and a few measurements. It saves as you go.

  2. Get your labs

A clinician orders a panel. You draw at a partner lab near you, in the morning and fasting, usually within a few days.

  3. Meet your clinician

A video visit to read the numbers together. A licensed clinician decides what, if anything, is appropriate, and that can be lifestyle changes alone.

  4. Start, check in, adjust

If medication is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy ships it with dosing instructions. Each check-in and lab result adjusts the plan.

Medication, only if it fits.

If a licensed clinician prescribes GLP-1 medication, a licensed pharmacy ships it to your door with dosing instructions. Your clinician explains what you are taking and what it costs before you decide.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Where a clinician finds one appropriate, you will be told so plainly, along with the alternatives.

What a first blood panel shows.

One reading is a snapshot. Testosterone swings through the day and from week to week, so a low number is repeated on a second morning before anyone talks about treatment.

Straight answers.

Still unsure? The assessment is free to start, and a clinician answers questions before you commit to anything.

A licensed clinician reviews your intake, history and labs. Medication is prescribed only when they judge it appropriate for you, and many men begin with nutrition, strength, sleep and labs alone. Eligibility is never automatic.

Not automatically. Treatment is considered only after two separate morning blood draws and a symptom and history review, and a clinician decides. Some men have another cause worth treating first, such as poor sleep, sleep apnea, thyroid problems or a medication effect.

Membership is $149, $299 or $449 a month and covers clinical care, your portal and follow-up. Medication is billed separately by the pharmacy. Labs are billed at partner-lab rates, except on Complete, which includes quarterly panels. The pricing section above lists sample ranges.

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not evaluated their safety, effectiveness or quality. Brand-name products have been reviewed by the FDA for their labeled uses. Your clinician explains both and recommends what fits.

Peptides such as sermorelin are clinician-guided, where appropriate, and the evidence is still emerging. We make no efficacy claims, we explain what is and is not known, and a clinician decides whether a peptide has any place in your plan.

It can lower sperm production, sometimes substantially. If you want to father children now or later, tell your clinician before anything starts so the options can be reviewed.

Yes. There is no contract, and you can cancel from your portal. If you stop a medication, your clinician helps plan the transition, since weight can change after stopping.

Important Safety Information

Boxed warning: risk of thyroid C-cell tumors

GLP-1 medicines such as semaglutide and tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents. It is not known whether they cause these tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in people. Do not use if you or a family member has had MTC, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your clinician right away about a neck lump, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.

Common side effects

  • Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
  • Constipation and stomach pain
  • Reduced appetite and tiredness

Serious risks

  • Pancreatitis (severe, lasting stomach pain)
  • Gallbladder problems
  • Low blood sugar, especially with some diabetes medicines
  • Kidney problems, often after dehydration

Pregnancy

GLP-1 medicines are not for use in pregnancy. Tell your clinician if you or a partner is pregnant or planning a pregnancy.

Results vary

Medication is for adults, is used with nutrition and activity, and is prescribed only when a licensed clinician decides it is appropriate. Results vary from person to person.

Testosterone

Testosterone can raise red blood cell count and blood pressure, lower sperm production, worsen sleep apnea and cause acne or fluid retention. It is a controlled substance and is not for men with prostate or breast cancer. It is monitored with regular labs and is never used for performance.

Peptides

Peptide therapy is clinician-guided, where appropriate, and the evidence is still emerging. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Prescription medication is offered only when a licensed clinician decides it is appropriate, and medication cost is separate from membership. For severe symptoms, seek emergency care.
