Real people. Real licenses.

Every Velmora plan is run by a licensed clinician who reads your labs, answers your messages and decides what is right for you. A coach and a dietitian join when your plan needs them.

Clinician details on this page are sample data for a fictional practice. Eligibility for any treatment is always decided by a licensed clinician.

Three roles, one plan.

You are matched to a clinician first. A coach and, for weight care, a dietitian read the same notes, so nobody asks you the same thing twice.

  1. Clinician

Reviews your assessment and labs, decides what is appropriate, and prescribes only when they judge it right for you.

    Sets the medical plan
  2. Health coach

Turns the plan into habits: sleep windows, movement, check-ins by message. Escalates anything medical to your clinician.

    Keeps you moving
  3. Dietitian

For weight care members: protein, fiber and meals that fit your schedule, reviewed alongside your labs.

    Sets the food plan

What members say about the team.

“Dr. Ward explained my labs without reading them at me. I left the visit knowing what we were doing and what we were not.”
Katie R., 31Weight care member

Individual results vary.

“I asked Dr. Cole about peptides expecting a sales pitch. He gave me the evidence, the gaps and a hard maybe-later. I appreciated it.”
Devon O., 34Glow member

Individual results vary.

“Priya connected my breakouts to my cycle log, which no one had done in ten years of asking. A plan took two messages.”

Important Safety Information (GLP-1 medicines)

Boxed warning: risk of thyroid C-cell tumors

Semaglutide and tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents. It is not known whether they cause these tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in people. Do not use if you or a family member has had MTC, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your clinician right away about a neck lump, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.

Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation and stomach pain. Serious side effects can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar and kidney problems. Seek care right away for severe stomach pain that does not go away.

Not for use during pregnancy. Results vary. A licensed clinician decides whether a GLP-1 medicine is appropriate for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. This page describes a fictional sample practice and is not medical advice.
