Three steps, zero waiting rooms.

Everything happens on your phone or in your mailbox.

  1. Hand photographing a smoothie bowl with a phone on a marble counter

    Take the assessment

Six minutes on your phone: goals, habits and history. It saves as you go.

  2. Woman on a video visit with a clinician on her laptop at a sunny desk

    A clinician reads it

A licensed clinician reviews your answers, usually within a business day, and decides what makes sense. That may or may not include labs or medication.

  3. At-home lab kit box and sample tube on a marble bathroom counter

    Labs, then your plan

If labs fit, a kit shows up at your door. Results land in the app with plain-language notes, and your plan adjusts as your week does.

Pricing you can read in one pass.

Month to month, cancel from the app. Membership covers clinical care and coaching. Medication and lab kits, if a clinician orders them, are billed separately.

What medication and labs cost

Medication is not part of membership. If a clinician prescribes it, the pharmacy bills you directly. Sample ranges: compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from about $199 to $449 a month depending on drug and dose (compounded medications are not FDA-approved), or FDA-approved brand-name medication at the pharmacy price or through insurance. Home lab kits run about $79 to $149 each. Membership does not include a prescription, and a licensed clinician decides eligibility.

Peptides, plainly.

Members ask about peptides such as NAD+. A clinician can talk through whether one is appropriate for you, after labs and a history review.

Clinician-guided, where appropriate.

The evidence is still emerging.

Compounded versions are not FDA-approved.

We never promise a specific result and never start without labs and a history. A licensed clinician decides eligibility and may decline a request.

What members say about the process.

I took the assessment on my lunch break. A clinician replied the next morning and ordered a kit. I did the finger-prick in my bathroom and that was that.

Straight answers.

Still unsure? The assessment is free to start, and a clinician answers questions before you commit to anything.

Adults 18 and over, and most members are in their 20s and 30s. If you want to feel better day to day, or you have a health question you keep putting off, start with the assessment. A licensed clinician decides what fits you.

No. Starter and Glow members work on habits, labs and routines. Medication is only part of the picture on Weight care, and only when a licensed clinician judges it appropriate for you.

Membership is $59, $129 or $249 a month. Medication is billed by the pharmacy and lab kits are billed at partner-lab rates, about $79 to $149 each. The pricing section lists the sample ranges, so nothing is a surprise at checkout.

If a clinician orders labs, a kit ships to you with instructions. You collect a small sample, mail it back in the prepaid box, and the results appear in your app, usually within 3 to 5 days of the lab receiving them. Some tests need a blood draw at a partner lab instead, and your clinician tells you which.

Peptides such as NAD+ are offered clinician-guided, where appropriate, and the evidence is still emerging. A clinician explains what is known and unknown, and may decline. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved, and we make no promises about results.

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for one patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not evaluated their safety, effectiveness or quality. Brand-name products are another option. Your clinician explains both and recommends what fits.

Clinicians in this sample practice are licensed in 12 states, listed on the care team page. Availability is confirmed when a clinician reviews your assessment.

Yes, from the app, any time. If you are taking a prescription, your clinician helps plan the next steps so you are not left guessing.

Your best week starts with six minutes.

Take the assessment, and a licensed clinician reads it before anything is recommended.

Results vary

Medication is for adults, is used with nutrition and activity, and is prescribed only when a licensed clinician decides it is appropriate. Results vary from person to person.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Peptide therapy is clinician-guided where appropriate, and evidence is still emerging. For severe symptoms, seek emergency care.
