For people who want a clinician-reviewed baseline and a plan.
- Clinician review of your intake and history
- Baseline lab review and a written plan
- Protein target and meal framework
- Dashboard tracking and monthly check-in
Lab-driven GLP-1 care, protein and strength coaching, and clinician-guided recovery, with every metric in one dashboard. A licensed clinician decides what is right for you.
Prescription medication is offered only when a licensed clinician determines it is appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Medication cost is separate from membership.
Weight is one number. We track the ones that decide how you feel at the end of the program: lean mass, protein, strength and labs.
Start with one, add others as your clinician recommends. All four share the same dashboard and care team.
Clinician-led GLP-1 care (semaglutide or tirzepatide) when appropriate, built on baseline labs and regular follow-up.
Explore weight care ↗Protein targets from a dietitian and strength programming you can do at home or in a gym, so more of the change comes from fat.
See the coaching ↗Clinician-guided peptide therapy, where appropriate. The evidence is still emerging, and your clinician walks through what is known.
Read about peptides ↗Cycle tracking, perimenopause and menopause support, and hormone panels reviewed alongside your metabolic data.
Explore hormone care ↗Six minutes: health history, goals, current medications and baseline measurements. It saves as you go.
A licensed clinician reads your intake and orders labs. They decide what is appropriate, which may or may not include medication.
Protein and strength coaching begins right away. If medication is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy ships it with dosing instructions.
Weight, lean mass, protein and labs update in your dashboard. Your care team adjusts the plan at each check-in.
Enter height, weight and activity. Calculations run in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
Based on 1.2 to 1.6 g per kg of body weight. Around 103 g/day fits your activity level.
BMI is a screening number, not a diagnosis, and medication eligibility is never decided by BMI alone. Protein guidance is general; people with kidney disease or other conditions should follow their clinician. A licensed clinician and dietitian set your actual targets.
Continue to your assessment ↗We show body composition and habits next to weight, because the scale alone hides what matters. This is a sample cohort for illustration.

Monthly, no contract. Membership covers clinical care and coaching. Medication, if prescribed, is a separate cost described below.

Medical weight care with muscle protection built in.
For athletes and high-volume trainers who want hormones and recovery in the picture.
Medication is not included in membership. If a clinician prescribes it, the pharmacy bills you directly. Sample ranges: compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from about $199 to $449 a month depending on drug and dose (compounded medications are not FDA-approved); FDA-approved brand-name medication at the pharmacy price or through insurance. Lab panels are billed separately at partner-lab rates, about $79 to $189 per panel. Membership does not guarantee a prescription.

“The dashboard tracks protein and strength right next to weight, so the scale stopped being the whole story. My coach adjusted my plan twice in the first month.”
Individual results vary.
“A clinician actually reviewed my labs before anything was prescribed. Questions in the portal got answers within a day, which I did not expect.”
Individual results vary.
“As a trail runner I worried about energy. The dietitian rebuilt my meals around training days, and the week-12 lab recheck gave us something concrete to discuss.”
Individual results vary.
Still unsure? The assessment is free to start, and a clinician answers questions before you commit to anything.
A licensed clinician reviews your intake, history and labs. Medication is prescribed only when they judge it appropriate for you, and many people begin with nutrition, strength coaching and labs alone. Eligibility is never automatic and never guaranteed.
Membership is $129, $279 or $399 a month and covers clinical care, coaching and the dashboard. Medication is separate and billed by the pharmacy, and labs are billed at partner-lab rates. The pricing section above lists sample ranges.
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for an individual patient. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not evaluated their safety, effectiveness or quality. FDA-approved brand-name products are another option. Your clinician explains both and recommends what fits.
Your dietitian sets a daily protein target, commonly in the 1.2 to 1.6 g per kg range for active adults, and your coach programs three strength sessions a week. We track body composition and labs, and your clinician adjusts the plan if change is faster than intended. No approach can promise a specific outcome.
The most common are stomach-related: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation. Serious risks exist as well. Read the Important Safety Information below, and message your care team early if something feels wrong.
Yes. There is no contract, and you can cancel from the dashboard. If you stop a medication, your clinician helps plan the transition, since weight can change after stopping. Maintenance coaching stays available at the Core tier.
GLP-1 medicines such as semaglutide and tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents. It is not known whether they cause these tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in people. Do not use if you or a family member has had MTC, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your clinician right away about a neck lump, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.
Not for use in pregnancy. Tell your clinician if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
Medication is for adults, is used with nutrition and activity, and is prescribed only when a licensed clinician decides it is appropriate. Results vary from person to person.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Peptide therapy is clinician-guided where appropriate, and evidence is still emerging. For severe symptoms, seek emergency care. The assessment takes about six minutes, and a licensed clinician reviews it before anything is recommended.
