Meet your clinicians

Choose a specialty to see who is on the team. Each card lists how many states that clinician is licensed in.

How your care works

Four steps, in order. Nothing starts until you have spoken with a licensed clinician.

  1. Book an intro visit

Pick a clinician and a time. Your assessment first confirms we are licensed in your state.

  2. Visit your clinician

You meet by video. A licensed clinician decides whether a treatment fits you, and may recommend a different path or none at all.

  3. Choose your plan

Options and prices are shown before you pay. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and every plan that includes one says so.

  4. Check in as you go

Messages and follow-up visits keep your plan current. Your clinician adjusts it as your results and history change.

“Most of the work happens in the first conversation, not on the prescription pad.”

Credentials and standards

What we check, what we follow and what we tell you, in plain terms.

Every clinician holds an active license in each state listed on their card. We check each license with the state board before the first visit.

Prescribing follows federal and state rules, including telehealth rules where they apply to your visit.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Any plan that includes one says so in writing before you agree to it.

Eligibility is decided by a licensed clinician. The assessment gathers information. It does not decide who gets treatment.

Patient records are kept under HIPAA-aligned safeguards, and only the clinicians on your care team can open your chart.

Clinicians see only the states where they are licensed, so the state list above is the list we work from.

This is a fictional sample practice. No accreditation seals are shown on this page.

What patients say

Three members, in their own words. Individual results vary.

Jordan R., weight care member, 6 months

Individual results vary.

“Sofia explained what changes in perimenopause and why. She also told me what she would not recommend for me.”
Alicia M., menopause care member, 4 months

Individual results vary.

“The check-ins are the part I did not expect to like. Messages get answered by someone who has my chart open.”
Kendra S., women's health member, 8 months

Individual results vary.
