Hormone care built around your changes, not a template.

Sleep, mood, temperature and focus shift through menopause. Aurelle reviews your symptoms, labs and history, then a licensed clinician decides what fits.

Led by Sofia Marin NP (menopause) and Dr. Priya Raman DO (endocrinology). A licensed clinician decides who is eligible.

Menopause and hormone care

Start with what you are noticing.

Pick the symptoms that affect your days or nights. We will show what we may discuss at your visit. Nothing here is a diagnosis.

What we may discuss

Select one or more symptoms above and we will list the topics a clinician may cover with you.

Topics are starting points for a conversation. A licensed clinician decides what, if anything, is right for you.

Symptoms are real. The plan should be built around your life, not a template.

Estradiol

PatchGelPill

Estrogen therapy is the best-studied option for hot flashes and night sweats. Your clinician picks the form, dose and schedule that fit your history.

A clinician decides whether estradiol fits you.

Progesterone

Oral capsuleWith estradiol

Usually added when you still have a uterus, to protect the uterine lining. Timing and form vary, and sleep is one reason people ask about it.

A clinician decides whether progesterone belongs in your plan.

Non-hormonal options

PrescriptionLifestyle

Some prescription medicines and daily habits can ease hot flashes, sleep changes and joint pain. Which options are safe depends on your health history.

A clinician decides which non-hormonal path fits.

Nothing starts without a visit and a review of your labs and history. Hormone therapy has risks as well as benefits, and your clinician will walk through both.

Peptide therapy

Clinician-guided, where appropriate.

Peptides are an emerging area. We discuss them only when a clinician believes they fit your goals and history. We do not promise outcomes.

Clinician-guided, where appropriate. Evidence still emerging.

Sermorelin

A synthetic peptide related to growth hormone releasing hormone. We discuss it with people whose goals and labs suggest it may be a fit.

Typical form
Small subcutaneous injection, usually at bedtime, as your clinician prescribes.
What we review first
Your labs, current medications and goals.

Compounded, not FDA-approved. Compounded medications are made by a pharmacy and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Clinician-guided, where appropriate. Evidence still emerging.

NAD+

A coenzyme present in every cell that takes part in energy metabolism. Human research is early, and results differ widely between people.

Typical form
Subcutaneous injection or IV infusion, as your clinician prescribes.
What we review first
Kidney and liver function, current medications and goals.

Compounded, not FDA-approved. Compounded medications are made by a pharmacy and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Peptide questions are welcome at your assessment. A clinician will tell you whether they are appropriate for you, or whether another option makes more sense.

Lab panel

What we may check

Your clinician chooses which tests you need. Results are reviewed with you at a follow-up visit.
